So glad I got to see Betty at the reunion.  So sorry it was the last time.  Betty was bigger than life and I'm with Emily, she is partying with the angels!

We are deeply sadened to hear of Betty's passing,  We were fortunate enought to joke around with her at the last two reuninions.  If there was anything going on health-wise at the last reunion, we were unaware of it, and . Betty didn't let on.  She was always lovely and fun and positive to be with.  We was really wonderful and we will always remember her!  Michael & Lida Margolis

Thou I was not a personal friend of Betty, I know she gave great joy to many. As a Catholic my favorite religious lyrics were written by Father Jan Michael Jonas at the passing of a dear friend,On Eagles Wings.

And he will raise you up on Eagles wings

Bear you on the breath of dawn

Make you to shine like the sun

And hold you in the palm of His hand

May you rest in peace!

Betty was a great friend!  I truly missed being at the reunion and seeing her.  Betty knew how to have a good time and make everyone feel welcome!  She also loved the Beatles, and if my memory serves me right she went to one of their first concerts in Vegas I think.  She will definitely show all the angels a really good time with lots of laughs, love, and acceptance..... even for the "fallen ones"!  Ironically, I think she was in the hospital at UMC here in Tucson in Feb. at  the same time I spent 5 days there, and I did not know it.  Somehow I was not aware of the Memorial Service for her, but I will never forget her spirit on Earth.  May she always now be at peace knowing how much she was loved by so many.  Kristin Larson Teran
