Christina Teresa Yslas "Tina" Bravo

June 1, 1949 ~ May 14, 2026

 
Tina Bravo passed away on May 14, 2026 at the age of 76 after battling a long illness.  She was born on June 1, 1949.   Tina was a student in the Class of 1967 at Tucson High School her freshman year through the end of junior year.  She graduated from Milwaukie High School in Milwaukie, Oregon, a city very close to Portland.  

Tina was preceded in death by Ofelia S. Bravo (sister-in-law and wife of Ricardo Bravo), Herbert C. Bravo (father), Graciela Yslas Bravo (mother), and Herbert C. Bravo Jr. (brother).

Survivors include Jason Jacome (son), Ricardo Yslas Bravo (brother), and six grandchildren.

Tina is Dickey (Ricardo) Bravo's) younger sister. Dickey and I are old friends and still stay in touch.  I've known Tina since our years in elementary school, junior high, and her years at THS. I have not seen Tina since she left Tucson. I had spoken to Dickey earlier in the week and he informed me that Tina had passed. I'll remember her fondly and always picture her great smile. Rest in Peace old friend.
