Arnold Richard Canales

Arnold Canales

Sad news this morning! We lost a big part of our 66 Core Reunion Committee and a dear friend this morning. Seems Arnold had a fall and with the complications of diabetes and arthritis passed away this morning.
Since we first gathered for our 10th reunion , Arnold has been a major partner in helping make our great reunions happen. He will be missed and we send warm wishes and prayers to his widow Sherry.and family!
Details of a service will be forthcoming.
Rest in peace dear friend!

Arnold Canales's smile is one of our class's enduring treasures.  When we think of him, maybe the first word that comes to mind is, "Happy."  Arnold always seemed filled with joy.  The last time many of us saw him, at the 50th reunion's poolside party, he was the picture of the proud patriarch--surrounded by family members who knew he was wild about them.  You could tell he made them as happy as he always made us.  Thanks, Arnold.

AC was so friendly helpful and happy, as a kid in HS and as and adult.

I will truly miss him!
