We live in Northern California (just south of Sonoma county). Been maried to Suzanne since 1990. I've been a lawyer since 1987. Since 1996 I have been the chief intellectual property lawyer for Brown-Forman Corporation which owns Jack Daniel's and many other distilled spirits and wine brands. See: www.b-f.com
School Story

After high school I worked for Up With People for three years. After that I earned a BA in Communications (minored in marketing) and then a JD, all from the UofA.
