10:00 a.m. - Parade - We will meet south of the High School at 9:30 a.m. We need a trailer, chairs and a driver. Let me know ASAP who can do this for us.
11:30 a.m. - Barbecue at the Park - We are in need of someone who has a tent or awning they can put up in the park for the class to gather. Please let me know ASAP who will step up to handle that. Classmates will need to bring their own chairs.
2:00 p.m. - ? - Fellowship at the Redmon Room, Swisher County Memorial Building - After the barbecue, we can gather to visit and catch up. We may need help setting up tables and chairs in the Redmon Room after the barbecue.
We will have snack items available, i.e. fruit trays, cheese/cracker trays, veggie trays, cookies and bottled water. If anyone wants any other snacks, they are welcome to bring them. (We will not be having a dinner, as such, this time) Cost will be $20.00 per person. This is to cover the cost of the food, bottled water, paper goods, rental of the facility and any other expenses incurred.
3:00- - Class Picture (Will have guests take pictures unless someone’s hobby is photography!)
