After graduation, I went to the University of Oklahoma and walked on the football team. In 1982, left OU and went to TJC (TCC now) and got my A.A. In journalism. In 1999, I went to work for American Airlines and worked in several positions. In 2011, I was promoted and transferred to Chicago as a Ramp Supervisor. In 2013, I was promoted and transferred again. This time to Oklahoma City, and worked as a Compliance Coordinator until 2016. Due to a merger, I, along with several hundred Operations Managers were let go, and had to try and find a new job, which I could never find a good job after that because of my age. I went back to school in 2006 and went to Langston University-Tulsa and finished my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with majors in Business Management, Operations Management and Finance. I married Erin Bishop in 2008. I went on to Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2008 and earned my MBA with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. I unfortunately ended up getting divorced in 2018 until I re-connected with Charlotte Prieur, who I had known for 20-25 years. In January, 2025. I retired and moved to Fort Smith, Arkansas. I am two classes away from becoming an Ordained Life Coach Minister. I am already an Ordained Wedding Officiant and soon to also be an ordained Funeral Officiant, and a Senior Minister.
