Reunion special:

Rooms are available at the Black Oak Casino Resort for the low special event rate of $109 per night ($119 including tax). There are only 15 Deluxe Queen & 15 Deluxe King rooms being held at this price, so you may want to reserve a hotel well in advance. The weekend of the reunion is also the weekend of the annual Acorn Festival in Twain Harte so space may be limited in some of our hotels.

To get this excellent rate at the Black Oak Resort, you must call (not reserve online) and tell them you are with the Summerville HS class of 69-74! After August 19th, there may not be any rooms available under this name and at this rate. If that is the case, rates will be whatever the going rate is at the time your reservation is being made.

HOTEL UPDATE  7/14/17:

There is no more availability at the hotel for Saturday Sept. 9th and there are 10 rooms are left for Friday September 8th.

RV PARK UPDATE 6/23/17:

The RV park for Black Oak Casino Resort is still under construction. Currently there is no set opening date. We were told that some of it may be complete by fall, but Black Oak Casino cannot give a commitment about any of it being open at the time of the reunion. We recommend reserving a discounted hotel room for now since you can cancel without a fee up to 48 hours before the event.
