Rebecca Owers Perdue, wife of Bobby and proud mother of Robyn, passed away on January 8, 2016. No services are planned for the former classroom teacher and Exxon secretary who found great joy in gardening, walking with Robyn and listening to others. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Children's Foundation, 132 S. Horace Avenue, Tyler, Texas 75702, in honor of Duane N.
