Action required:

  1. Book your transport to Cape Town right away to arrive first thing Friday 14 September - and return either Sunday afternoon or Monday. Transport from the Waterfront to Hermanus should be shared between 3 or 4 people - so liaise with Classmates to make sharing arrangements for hired cars.
  2. Find and book your own accommodation in Hermanus.right away for at least the Friday and Saturday night. The options above are merely suggestions. Some accommodation options can accommodate 2 or more singles or couples - so liaise with other Classmates  to possibly share.
  3. Book and pay for the whale watching cruise on Saturday morning to secure your place if you'd like to participate (see details above). If you book too late the cruise may be full.
  4. We have asked Hilary Henderson to coordinate requests for subsidies from Classmates who may require financial assistance to enable them to join us. If this is you please email Hilary (hilary@iafrica.com) right away. We assure you that this process will be absolutely confidential - and only Hilary will ever know who has received a subsidy. A number of Classmates have indicated their willingness to contribute to a Subsidy Fund.
