Nannette Mason Gattis

Went to school and got a degree in Psychology (Oral Roberts U), Education (Harris-Stowe), and a Masters in Social Work (Washington U.). Taught in U. City and Ladue. Got married and moved to North Carolina. Taught for 3 years in North Carolina and then retired after 23 years. Work full time volunteering as the Christian Education Director at my church. Still singing for the Lord. Was ordained as a minister in 1996.

U. City was a wonderful time in my life. God blessed me with great friends and great teachers. I will never forget Mr. Thomas, All-State Choir and the musical, "Anything Goes"! Thank you to all who made it so much fun! I learned a lot about myself during those years . . .both good and bad. I'm thankful to Mr. Beeks, Franklin McCallie, and Bertha Smith for their wisdom and belief in me. To those who were with me in Trig, Geometry, Advanced Physics, and Calculus . . . let's just say I'm thankful that those days are over. But I will never forget Jack Weigers :) I must say thank you to John Brophy and the amazing drum core he developed. Marching Band was a blast because of him! Praying that each of you are well. Thanking God I got to see 40 years. Love you all!
