I Pledge Allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America
and to the Republic
for which it stands,
one Nation under God,
indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Lyrics written by Ronan Tynan

To fallen soldiers let us sing
Where no rockets fly nor bullets wing
Our broken brothers let us bring
To the Mansions of the Lord
No more bleeding, no more fight
No prayers pleading through the night
Just divine embrace, eternal light
To the Mansions of the Lord.
Where no mothers cry and no children weep
We will stand and guard though the angels sleep
Through the ages safely keep
The Mansions of the Lord.

 NAMES ON THE WALL

Someone spent a lot of time on this and it is truly remarkable . Someone sent me the link below which is a virtual wall of all those lost during the Viet Nam war with the names, bio's and other information on our lost comrades. It is a very interesting link, and those who served in that timeframe and lost friends or family can look them up on this site. Pass it on to other veterans who you think would like this. First click on a state.......then when it opens .........a name.......then it should show you a picture of the person or at least his bio and medals.......

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount of up to and including his/her life.

That is HONOR.
