Larry Coleman

I went to work at Inland Mfg. in 1964. Worked there with a lot of Vandalia Classmates. I left there in 1968 and went into the Tool and Die business, where I spent the next 40 years.

Vickie and I met in Sept. 1963. We met through my old buddy Tommy Smith who was dating Vickies older sister. They needed a babysitter for Vickie who was only 15 at the time. The rest is history, we fell in love and got married on July 3 1965.

Our first daughter Crystal, was born in Oct. 1966.
Her little sister Carrie, came 6 years latter in Oct. 1972.

Crystal has a 20 year old daughter named Ally and Carrie has 2 boys Cody 13 and Cole 11.

We had a wonderful life untill Sept. 25 2007 when Vickie passed away unexpectedly.
We had done just about every thing we had ever wanted to do. We enjoyed life to the fullest. So many times people would say when we retire we are going to do this or that. We allways said to heck with that, lets do it now. I am now so so glad we did it OUR WAY.


Dont say some day I will do it, DO it or SAY IT NOW. Some day may never come.
