Silvia and I went to the same church (St. Paul's Lutheran) when we were in  school, and before school when we colored together in Sunday School.  She was always quiet and sweet, and she will be missed.  I'm sure that the bells are ringing in heaven welcoming her home.

So deeply saddened to hear of Sylvia's passing.  She was a very special person!  I especially remember her sweetness, joy, and bravery.  I first experienced her bravery when she was my lab partner in biology.  I was freaked out by the frog dissection.  I don't know if Sylvia was too, but she dove right in and we were able to share the fascination with our little creature.  It was so touching to know that she had such a loving family and continued to be that brave person throughout her life.

Just found out about Sylvia and though I have not seen her since 1963 (that I know of)I regard her as one of the prettiest, nicest, kindest, smartest, etc. etc. girls in our class.  She was kind to EVERYONE and I would say to myself, oh, that I could be that kind.  I send sincerest condolences to Jim and to all of their family and many many friends.  No other words, just sad that another GOOD one is gone from this ol' planet.
