FRANCES ROSALIE (SMITH) LEWIS, was born June 17, 1945 in Kentucky and died at the age of 56 on October 22, 2001 in Xenia, OH.

She was divorced at the time of her death.  The mother of three children, Randy, Elizabeth & Emily.

Raymond Jones

Rosalie Smith was one of the kindest people that I ever knew, or would hope to know. The world could use a lot more people like she was. A forever Friend, Ray Jones
