News Death Notice
COLLINS, Dennis B. 65, of Arcanum, died Friday, October 7, 2011 at the Wayne Hospital Emergency Room, Greenville. He was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Ithaca, the American Legion, and a long time Horse Advisor for the Preble County 4H, and a member of the Ohio Horseman's Council. He was a U. S.
Army veteran. Dennis was a former D P & L employee retiring in 2006. Preceded in death by his parents Harry and Edna (Hamilton) Collins. Survived by his wife Ruth (Wallace) Collins; Son Dan Collins of West Milton; Daughter Denise Farrel of Arcanum; Grandchildren Lynsie and Colton Farrel, Whitney Collins, and Jena Marshall; Sisters Jane(Layton) Brinkmeier and Karen Collins; and Brother Gary(Amy) Collins. Services will be held 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum with Pastor Joene Herr officiating. Interment will be private at convenience of the Family.
