In the In Memory section, I see a name, Sheila Vessell, that I don't remember, and was not in our graduation yearbook. What is her connection to our class?

Arvie, I'm not sure, but I had a young lady ( girl ) in one of my classes that was named Sheila, but can't say for sure that here last name was Vessell, but I'm thinking it was. ( it wasn't as though it was yesterday ) She had long black hair as I remember, and wasn't heavy at all, even though she wasn't very thin. She was very quiet. Hope this helps somewhat. Ray J.

I'm going to chime in on this one. Yes, Sheila, our classmate. She was in our eighth grade class for sure about the same time as the Buddy Holly song, "her name drives me insane" something, something "and a pony tail" I think the flip side of that 45 was Everyday, as in "everyday, its a getting closer, going faster than a roller coaster, love like yours will surely come my-a-way, hey, hey, hey." Yep. Sheila Vessel or something like that, cute kid back in 1960.

Hi everyone! Glad to see that you are using the website and checking out all the areas. The committee is working hard to make it easy to use and we are still learning how to make it work. Tom - I'm sorry but we are still trying to figure out how to add the captions to the photos that were posted from the 40th Reunion. You can add you own pictures and captions on your profile pages but so far we are not having any luck with the Reunion site. They are doing some updating so maybe we can get this mastered shortly. In the meantime, the photos are of:
1. Ray Jones and myself, Brenda Zenz Windel
2. Sue Nickel Allen & Carolyn Cooper Klepinger
3. Margie Taylor Davie & Janet Royer Drinnen
4. Janice Eicher Collings & Bob Faulkner
5. Melody Harshman Moore, Elaine Hurst Pitsinger & Mary
Bea Dungan Beck
6. Linda Turner Thomas, Carol Bautghman Yarian,
Janice Moody and Carolyn Cooper Klepinger
7. Jackie Harris Knauer, Debbie & Ed Hept, Larry
Hadder, Mike Peffley and Marcia Maier Wenrick
8. Elaine Hurst Pitsinger and Sharon Moore Harrison

And of course, we HAVEN'T CHANGED A BIT?

Hope to hear from you again.
Brenda

Linda Bourne (Hellard)

Hello all,

I recently posted a photo of Mrs. West's fifth grade class from Stonequarry Elementary on my profile. I just heard from Roger Seebach asking if I had the photo from the other Stonequarry fifth grade class which I do not.

Does anyone out there have it? If so, would you kindly respond and post it to your profile. Uploading photos to one's profile is quite easy - just follow the prompts. Adding photos to individual web pages is another matter, hence the previous question of who is who on the 40th reunion page. We hope to get that figured out sometime soon.

Thanks, Linda

Hi gang,
I have some photos from the last reunion - if I can't get them on the class page - I'll put them in my profile.
I just marched in the Sweet Potato Queen St Patrick's Day Parade in Jackson Mississippi so you can go to Jill Connor Brown's website www.sweetpotatoqueen.com and maybe see me in the parade.
Can't wait for the reunion. Growing old gives you so much freedom. I love it. Joey Welch (aka Mary Jo Clark)

Hi Everyone! This is great to hear from everyone. We are still working on "tweaking" the site but we are learning ourselves, so stick with us. I can't seem to get the photo thing straight but Linda and Rick seem to be our professionals - good work guys.

Arvie - I know Sheila as in our Junior class but I don't see anything about her in our Senior Year. Hopefully someone will be able to fill in the blanks and let us know what happened to her.

We are continuing to look for "lost" classmates. If any of you can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Keep the comments coming!
