The Venice Sports Hall of Fame is pleased to announce the inductees for the Class of 2021.   They are:

Trey Burton: Former Venice High School All-State Quarterback; Florida Gator; and NFL Tight End for the Philidelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears and Indianopolis Colts.

Forrest Lamp:  Former Venice High School All-State Linemen; Western Kentucky University All-American; Second Round Pick of the NFL San Diego Chargers and current Buffalo Bill. 

Jeremie Cook: Former Venice High School All American Wrestler in 2006; two-time undefeated State Champion; most wrestling wins in school history (177); Division 1 Wrestler, Lock Haven University NCAA Championships qualifier; and current VHS Assistant Wrestling Coach.

The Venice Sports Hall of Fame was founded in 2003 and Inductees are honored with plaques on the Wall of Fame at Bogey's Sports Pub in Venice. 

The 2021 Venice Sports Hall of Fame Induction Banquet will be held as part of the Venice High School All-Class Reunion on

Sunday, October 17, 2021, 4:00 PM at the Hotel Venezia, 425 US 41 By-Passs N., Venice.
