School Story:
The funny thing is that most of the memories ARE funny! In seventh grade (and certainly unbeknownst to our mothers) a bunch of us girls decided to wear Bermuda shorts on the last day of school--the day when we just picked up report cards and were finished with school by about ten o'clock. Mr. Sullivan herded us right back onto our busses and didn't even allow us into the classroom.
It still amazes me that almost the entire population of the high school used to gather on the front campus during lunch, and the area seemed big. Looking at it now, I can hardly believe that it didn't even seem crowded.
