Billy Miller

After graduation from Culkin in 1960, I entered the University of Southern MS and graduated from USM in 1964 with a BS degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation from USM, I served on active duty in the US Army from 1964-1966. In 1966, I returned to Vicksburg and worked in the Insurance-Real Estate and farming business until 1982. In 1982, I started work as a Realty Specialist with US Army Corps of Engineers, Real Estate Division, Vicksburg District. In 1990, I accompanied military forces to Saudia Arabia as Realty Specialist during the first Persian-Gulf War. From 1996-1999, I deployed with the military as Realty Officer to Bosnia, Korea, Macedonia, Hungary, and Croatia. In 2002, I deployed with the military to Djibouti, Africa,as Realty Officer. In 2004, I transferred to Albuquerque, NM as Realty Officer for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. I retired from Government Service July, 2008. Linda and I reside in Vicksburg.
