Get on the Drury.com site and book ASAP so you are assured a room!!! At this point there are more than 30 available but this hotel is very popular and they will sellout. There are other hotels in the area if you cannot get one here but it is more fun to have everyone in the same hotel. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ONCE YOU ARE BOOKED SO I CAN KEEP TRACK OF WHO IS GOING.

I looked into group rates but they are basically the same as the Promotional Rate and there are lots of rooms available for that date. Also- on the group rates I had to sign a contract, and they can jack up the price if we don’t book at least 80% of the rooms we have blocked - since we I really have no idea how many plan to attend..I decided against it.

* Peg and I will have adjoining rooms so we will have a meet/hangout spot.

* Anyone interested in shopping at Jordan Creek during the day on Saturday will meet in the lobby at 10am

* We will meet in the lobby for KICKBACK at 5:30 and leave for the Restaurant at 6:30. It is within walking distance so no one needs to drive but sure can if you want. I just thought it would be nice to NOT have to worry about driving after enjoying ourselves all night if you know what I mean.

* I have requested a spot for us to hang at Wellmans, depending on the weather that night. They have an outside garden with heaters and a rooftop..both are nice.

* Wellmans is not fancy, more like an upscale neighborhood sports bar…but with pretty good food at reasonable prices.
