Martha Henderson Lewis

Well, I got married right after graduation. Had three kids. Was a house wife and mom for several years. Became a substitute teacher and then a teachers aide. Did that for awhile. Then I worked at a beach resort for several years. When I became a 'Mimi' (thats what my grandkids call me) I decided to take it easy for awhile. Now I only work part-time at Wal-Mart. I really like it because I still have lots of time to spend with my 'babies'. 5 of them live about 10 minutes from me. The other 3 live 4 hours away.

I remember the first day of our senior year. A train derailed and we had to evacuate from school. I also remember that one day it rained so much! I had a chevy chevette and I literally floated my car to school that morning. I remember going to the cafeteria and watching Brians Song. Talk about a sad movie. I worked at Dairy Queen and had lots of fun after work.

Yes. Been married for 30 years now.

3 Aaron is my oldest. He is a Correctional officer. He has 3 beautiful girls. Ashley is my only daughter. She is also a Correctional officer. She has one beautiful daughter and two handsome sons. My youngest is Anthony. He is the lead man for overnight stocking for a grocery store. He has two handsome sons.

I have eight beautiful grandkids. Sierra is the oldest. She is 9. Jewelee is next. She is 8. Emily is next. She is 7. Then comes Rusty. He is 6. Stormie comes next. She is 5. Mikey is next. He is 4. Bobby is right after. He is 4. Last but not least is Connor. He is 2.
