I graduated from Mercy/St. Lukes School of Radiology in June 2001. Then a good friend and I became traveling Radiographers. I traveled to Hutchinson, Kansas first. I worked there for 6 months and then moved on to Grand Forks, North Dakota. I found out that Iowa winters were a breeze. After that I moved to Fresno, California. I worked at major trauma center. I learned alot and got to see alot of crazy things. California is were Blake and I reconnected. We dated for 5 months and got married in November of 2002. Blake went to Iraq soon after we got married, and I continued to travel. I ended up going back to Grand Forks, North Dakota for another 6 months. It was a nice place to travel but I was glad to move on. When Blake got back from Iraq we lived in Oceanside, California. I loved California. If our families lived there I would have never moved back. In Jan. 2004 we moved back to Vinton and bought a house. Since then I have been working at Virginia Gay Hospital as a Rad/CT Tech.
Hayden was born in December 2007. That was a start to a new adventure. It keeps getting better everyday. He likes to do everything himself. If it isn't his way it's the highway.
