After going to college and getting my degree in engineering, I desperately tried to get a job in aerospace. There were no jobs to be found, so I worked as a HVAC engineer for a couple of years. During this, I decided to go back and get a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering. Finally, after working for a high-speed yacht company, I got a break and began working for Adam Aircraft in Colorado. I became one of their test pilots and helped them certify their twin engine aircraft. Unfortunately, the company was poorly run and I left them in June 2005. I helped another light-sport aircraft company get started and then in September 2006 moved to Florida to work for Northrop Grumman. I'm not flying nearly as much as I was, but am working as a flight tester on new US Navy aircraft. The move to Florida was the best move of my life, as I've met Kristin here. We were married in July 2009.
