Bridget Whitbeck Brown

I graduated from VCU in Richmond, VA in 1993 and have lived in Richmond since (for the most part). I worked for a non-profit for 3 years before getting up the nerve to become a teacher. I taught 8th grade English for 9 years and had the opportunity to travel during the summers with friends. I met my husband in 2004 on Match.com and married in Hatteras, NC in 2006. We had our first child this past October, Nate. Now, I am a stay-at-home mom.

I enjoyed all the weekend parties, my English classes, and going to hear live music. Most embarrassing moment was when I dressed up for nerd day and it was rescheduled (unbeknownst to me) due to snow.
