I could have sworn I didn't turn in my high school year book picture, but there it was in the pics. I didn't realize how much I missed out on in high school. I will surely make the reunion, though. If you don't know already, Mr. Robert Lee passed away a couple of months ago; and today, I read that Mrs. Fhae Lee passed away earlier this week. There is a small obituary in today's (3/13) paper and I am sure that there will be a larger one for tomorrow. Just an FYI!!!

We are allowed to put in an application for the tv show High School Reunion - watched it and laughed but then I thought - good way to get a trip if selected. As many as possible may send in applications - one per household. I shall submit one and I hope other shall follow...Hawaii sounds fun all expenses paid for two weeks. 03/17/09 12:21 AM #22     Teresa Duron (Rosado) Yea, I watched the first "Class Reunion Show" and was FULL of drama....it made a great TV show, I couldn't stop watching it. So sad to hear about Mr. Lee. I didn't know about his passed away. Thanks, Steph, for letting us know. He taught at University for so long and he sure seemed to enjoyed it! I didn't take band but he worked with the drill team for a little while when we were learning to march with the band one year. He always seemed to have a smile on his face and had lots of school spirit and school pride.

Little bit more effort but what have you really loss besides a few minutes - a current pic and a stamp...git er dun! This is located at the bottom of the online app. If you are unable to apply on line, Download the High School Reunion application that can be faxed to us at 323.297.7101 DUES DUES DUES DUES - April 3rd is right around the corner. It's all about the benjamins - the ladies are doing an outstanding job...let's get the dues in - tough for all right now. Good faith and gradually works as well. WORK THAT!!! Maurea

03/27/09 03:04 PM #25     Maurea Crain Hard to believe how close we are - and yet there are still some 80 people that were from the class of 89 unaccounted for. Several people have not chimed in or just are not interested...all the more reason to have fun and enjoy the ones that do attend. Creepy enough, there are people that I do not recognize by name and do not see in the year book that are from the class. No disrespect - I just do not recognize you. 2009 - everyone has pictures of themselves somewhere online - post - refresh the memories. Start new friendships and nuture the old ones. Where is the Class of 89???

In the act of moving I accidentally busted up my hand and now it is twice the size of the other and the drugs I am taking are lovely.
