Carrolyn Smart Chappell, born October 2, 1953, passed away on February 15, 2015.  She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Bobby Chappell, whom she married on February 14, 1986; sons, Tommy Franks and Billy J. Dulas; grandchildren, Cole and Valorie; sisters, Shirley Clendennen and Mary Graves; brothers, Jack Jr., Dale, Jerry, and Tony Smart.  Arrangements by Bellmead Funeral Home.
