I've gone turkey, squirrel, & deer hunting a couple of times (I didn't have a gun though). I don't have the patience to sit still that long!

Hello All -

Geez, I feel like I've been MIA! Just been another one of those weeks! Glad to see everyone on!

TRACY - NOOOO... you were NOT a bully! I gave as much as I got, and I probably deserved more at times! I just like to give you a hard time. Truly, you were one of the best friends I ever had. (PS - I'm sending that email again... hopefully my computer will be kinder this time).

LAURA - I love your matching tattoos. They're awesome! I've wanted one for about 4 years, and just haven't made a serious effort to get it done. I know what I want, my huge dilemma is just WHERE to put it - and I know nothing about the artists in the area. I'd love to give someone the creative freedom to do whatever, but it's very sentimental to me, and I know exactly what I want and how I want it - I'm the picky girl they don't want to deal with... LOL!

BETSY - Good luck with the hunting thing - lol. I went hunting with my husband before... Once was enough - lol. I love the outdoors and the guns - but I could never bring myself to shoot a perfectly fine animal! Just can't do it!! I don't mind eating the meat (I just can't think about where it comes from), but I can't be the one to kill it... I'm a tender-heart when it comes to animals. I do love the guns though - now those are fun!! My husband bought me a handgun several years ago, cuz I'm more of a target girl :-) Have fun with it - it's great that you guys can do that together (just don't "shoot your eye out" - LOL)!!

Til later... Take care!!

wow, Kebra, that is one of my all time favorite movie quotes. I have to figure out how to shoot the darn thing first. My husband in the store no less said "what do you think about this one"... like I know ANYTHING about guns. I picked it up, held it wrong, and he had to show me (with about 5 salesmen there how to look through the scope). I was mortified! LOL...... And Tracy, you were so not a bully. When I think of you that term does not come to mind at all. You were just frisky! No harm at all.....

LOL Betsy... I know how you feel - me and scopes don't get along! My husband always yells at me because of the way I look through one (and use a regular sight). But hey, if I hit where I'M aiming, that's all that counts right! Besides, my short "stubby" arms weren't made for long barrels - lol! That's why I do so much better with the handguns. My husband jokes that he's going to get me one of the little pink "youth" rifles to fit me! PS - I LOVE that movie!!! (That line is classic - I use it on my hubby all the time.) It's hilarious - it's remiscent of growing up with all the kids and trouble in my old neighborhood! I watch it everytime I see it at Christmas-time!

I think my computer hates me! (or at least this site). I have not been receiving the e-mails. I hope people are getting the ones I've written. I've responded to all I've gotten. Kebra, if you didn't send it again yet, please do so so that I see if I get it.

Tracy - I sent it a couple hours ago... you didn't get it again??

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

Ya know what - I'm just going to send it to your email address outside of this site... in just a little while. Let me know if you get it that way!

I still can't download that yearbook thing!! It may be my crappy computer here at work. Any suggestions?

10/24/08 01:40 PM #535

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

Tracy - I just now sent it to your regular email address. Let me know what happens.

10/24/08 02:24 PM #536

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

Carrie - I don't know... seems other people have gotten it, so don't understand why you wouldn't be able to download it. Unless your computer is a vicious monster, like mine - lol!

Carrie Miller

I'm sure it's just my "p.o.s." computer here at work. Joe & I have the actual yearbook at home so I'll have to look there to refresh my memory of how everyone looked back in the day!

10/24/08 04:56 PM #539

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

LMAO - Go figure... your 11 year is old is probably my size too!! Yeah, obviously we are too - I have no idea how many guns are jam packed in our safe... too many is my guess!! LOL.

10/24/08 07:10 PM #540

Elizabeth Cole (Holcombe)

10/25/08 08:09 AM #541

Kebra Wilson (Hahn)

ARICA - Hey! I got your last message yesterday and responded... let me know if you got it.

TRACY - I sent yours again to your email address outside of the site... let me know if you got it.

(I'm double-checking because I think I got part of my computer problem "temporarily" fixed last night, but I need to get a new router. So let me know cuz if you didn't get them, I can try to resend now.)

HEY!!! Where'd everybody go??? Don't tell me I'm the only one who doesn't have a life!!! LOL

10/27/08 09:49 AM #544

Elizabeth Cole (Holcombe)

10/27/08 10:06 AM #545

Laura L Miller (Cogbill)

hun I'm always looking for an excuse to get out of the house. just lmk

no worries Carrie I don't have a life either. are we allowed to have one now that we have kids?

10/27/08 10:31 AM #546

Carrie Miller

It's not the kids that are keeping me from having any kind of a life...it's the lack of money that it takes to have some kind of a life!! This economy sucks!!!!

10/27/08 11:12 AM #547

Laura L Miller (Cogbill)

desperate times...I knew I should have taken up stripping when I still had the body for it...supposedly the porn industry is NOT hit during tough economic times.

yeah it sucks. I feel trapped in my home most days. Elizabeth take me away...
