Hello everyone! Haven't been on in a while...a little busy here. Sounds like the ear infections are going around no matter what state you live. My lille guy Jacob just had tubes put in yesterday. 4 ear infections over the summer will do that. My husband blames my kids ear problems on my "bad gene pool" haha. All three have had tubes now. Anyway, good luck with that Carrie and Kebra. It is horrible to see your little ones sick.

As for the reunion, I am going. Haven't sent back my card yet because I'm really bad at stuff like that, but will do it soon. Can't say my husband is thrilled, but I keep telling him there will be plenty of alcohol so he'll be fine.

Thanks for the "good luck" Tracy! Nick's been on 4 different antibiotics in 2 weeks!(my & Joe's gene pool isn't much better w/ ear infections either! We both had them all the time when we were younger & my daughter did too.) Joe took him back to the dr. yesterday & she said she could hear wheezing in his chest that wasn't there the day before! Now I think I'm trying to come down w/ bronchitis!! That stuff knocks me out almost every year! Oh well, I hope everyone elses households are fareing better than mine has so far!!

Kebra Wilson (Hahn) Hey Mandy - They were just being men I suppose, LOL. The sum of what I got was not wanting to go because of not knowing many people, but maybe not having much of a choice - lol. They'll get over it! I was able to get someone lined up for the pre-party Friday, but Saturday is still in question. Thanks for the offer for numbers, though - I'll get back to you that if I need it!

Still not sure how the week is going to shape up. We are up in MI/Toledo for the first few days...Thanksgiving in Toledo...a little wiggle room in between, but...hell I don't know. Can't stay Sat though, HAVE to get home, get rested, and my good friend is getting her tattoo finished Sunday and I'm her cheerleader...and bartender (we found out that a few shots halfway thru really changes the whole experience)...if there's a way, I'll make it happen, so please send me your phone # & lmk what your week looks like.

Amanda Brooks (DiMartino) Kebra we live close enough we could set-up a time to hang for sure! I am traveling a TON before the end of the year then am gone 20 out of the first 60 days of the year, but other than that, I can make myself available for coffee or dinner or something! I am in Wadsworth frequently visiting my brother's family.

Elizabeth Cole (Holcombe) Howdy guys, life has been crazy busy the last week or so. I don't think I'm going to be able to make any (sadly) Really wanted to, but my husband says the extra expense will be hard with him saving for Africa. Oh well.... I'm hoping to get up there soon.

Howdy all!

Amanda - We'll have to see how it works out... I'm still trying to make the reunion on Saturday happen. If not, you'll have to let me know sometime when you're coming to town and we'll grab a drink or something if I can get out. Even if it's after the holidays and everything settles down... it'd be great to reminisce about torturing nasty old teachers :-)

Laura - LMAO! If only it were that simple ;-) It could be a win/win or lose/lose situation either way if forced to pick one of the two - just depends who shows where - lol... just kidding!! Really!! If I could just wave a magic wand and go back to before having kids for about a 48 hour period then all my problems would be solved (well, not all - but it would help with this dilemna) LOL!

Sorry if I brought up a sore subject for anyone... wasn't trying to create the great divide. Honestly, I was just curious about who was going to make it!

oh for the days when there was something new here all the time..where did y'all go? creeping up on the reunion, what are you saving up everything for in-person??? all these new profiles, but no one coming to talk...

I'm going to try to bring some Indian summer w/me when I come...I can't handle snow...Also bringing a really BAD hair cut...oh god...I wanted something new for this oh so special occasion, and damn I got new...shorter, darker, and I can't figure out what the hell to do with it. Gonna show up in a ponytail. Just what I was shooting for...

Amanda is threatening to show me a good time after 10+ hours of driving with whining kids. The woman's a lunatic. But so am I so if I can convince you know who, I'll try, but you may have to carry me, and that's even before the alcohol...

Y'all are bumming me out, not coming to the preparty, that's my only chance to hang out. Kebra did you make a decision yet lol???

Elizabeth how is it that we haven't got together again yet??? Wish you were coming too.

Laura L Miller (Cogbill) I am DYING I'm so cold today. Friday night we will be packing (I still procrastinate like mad) and doing all the last min things for our trip--leaving Sat morning. It's killing me that I don't get to see Twilight the day it opens--I love a packed theater!

LL that's riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight you are so coming out with Jason and I-we are already planning out the night. Amanda lol hubby said "yeah right" I don't think he's gonna let me loose...can't imagine WHY what does he think I would do out there without supervision (you don't qualify) he said you have an open invite to hang with us at geekland (I say this absolutely LOVINGLY)...I think you need to come over to his friends' house, work your wiles & your magic, and then I can come out with you
