We are going to continue our family tradition by sacrificing a goat and chanting for prosperity to our family by calling on the great one Manou! ( We would sacrifice a virgin, but there just don't seem to be many around anymore) Then we are going to party hard with the demons, goblins, and trolls, all by the light of the moon.

Hi all!

It does seem to be pretty quiet on here lately! It appears everyone else is keeping busy too... I know I don't have a clue where all my time has gone lately - it's crazy! Amanda is entertaining as usual, though - lmao! Halloween was fun here - the kids went as an Ohio State football player and cheerleader (and yes, they picked them out themselves - they feed off each constantly :-) What awesome weather we had for trick-r-treat, much better than the past couple years! Couldn't have asked for anything better. We even went down to Salt Fork for the weekend to winterize our camper for the season - it was so nice for this time of year... warm and dry during the day, cool mornings and nights - my kind of weather!

Yes Mandy, I received my info for the reunion - still a little unsure here... I have to find a sitter - but I might be able to convince my husband now since he and your hubby were conspiring last week :-)

In the spirit of elections (which I can't wait for it to be over and all the crap go away!!) - quick vote - who's going to the reunion and who's bowing out?

Elizabeth Cole (Holcombe) I don't think I'm going to be able to make it, unless my husband decides to suprise me. However, I may be able to make it in January if anyone wants to go have a good time then. That is if I can remember how to drive in the snow.

Happy Election Day!!
Arrrggg!! I'm w/ Kebra, I can't wait till all this mud slinging & negative crap is over!! I've been busy disinfecting my house since every one except Joe is sick. I found out yesterday that Nick has a double ear infection.He's had fevers off & on for almost 2 weeks & I took him to the dr. yesterday & found out he had the double ear infection. Poor little guy..I feel so helpless.
He's on antibiotics now so hopefully he'll be better real soon.

I personally LOVE the mudslinging and the thought of our two choices of president having "good luck charms". Nothing like a little superstition to stir the proverbial Presidential pot. Awwww - I know just how you feel Carrie. Kendall had an ear infection a month ago that didn't go away with the first round of antibiotic... I had her back to the doctor yesterday and sure enough she has double ear infections now too! Not to mention a cough for a month, which she kindly passed along to me too! I feel horrible cuz I remember how bad that hurts.

As far the elections go, I don't mind the mudslinging... it's all the commercials and yard signs mucking up the pretty fall colors that annoy the s**t out of me! I think if they're conceited enough to run for president they get what they deserve... let's face it - anyone smart enough to fix all the problems we have is smart enough NOT to run for the job!!! LOL!

And back to the reunion question... who's going and not going. I personally haven't done the survey link because I don't know yet, so I don't know if it shows results once you vote or not?? Just thought I'd throw it out there as a general question...

My husband mentioned talking to your husband about the Reunion, but then we were interrupted and I don't what they talked about. My husband is going for sure, he has to help me!! Plus his cousin is the DJ!! It will be a good time, do need some babysitters. I used to coach 7th grade baketball and now all my players are in HS and can drive! Let me know ifyou need some names.
