Carrie Miller That's ok..lay it on me, I have broad shoulders! I had fun back then & regret nothing.:) I just wish I could have some of that fun now that I'm older. The main difference is, now I have a ton of responsibilities instead of 15yrs(ouch!) ago I had NONE!! Ahhh, the good 'ole days...

Amanda...I am so ready to get this tattoo, I have been wanting one in the worse way!!! After seeing Lauras I am just wanting it even worse haha! Laura, I am glad to hear that I seemed involved and relaxed....I was always a bundle of nerves in school...more so around people I didn't talk to much or at all. But when I was outside of school, I was a totally different person. Carrie, I understand what you mean when you say you feel even more shy now because of being a homebody since staying at home with your kids, I was the same way for awhile until my two older kids got older, now they are invovled (it seems)with everything under the sun and they are SOOO very social, so it makes me have to get out there despite my not wanting to : }

I am very shy and reserved too-I really like this forum because it helps me "come out of my shell". I actually live in my parent's basement and work online as an internet porn quality control expert. It is my job to make sure that everything looks "real" and that the soundtrack is in "sync" with the movie....

oh, wait, that's Laura's job in-between playing the June Cleaver role and tidying up the house.

SERIOUSLY though-I am pretty much the same person I always was...I don't take life too seriously and like to have fun. The only difference is I don't cheat at Euchre anymore. Maybe the reason for this is b/c my favorite and best Euchre cheatin' buddy lives in California. La siiiigh

At any rate, I am all about getting some people together and going out. When it all comes down to it, we all have a cool common thread, even if we weren't all BFF in high school, yanno?

Beth is right...going North feels off now...Whenever we do, shivering and shocked at the cold and gray, it HURTS. At the very least we need to start doing our yearly get togethers in Myrtle Beach or something....

I wish I could have gotten in on that euchre game. I was too busy getting out of school early to go to work.

Jason- I never will forget in US History all the times you made me laugh til I thought I was going to pee my pants.

Oh, if you all are wondering why I switched to Elizabeth, it's because when I moved down here I'm not sure if it was my accent or what when people asked me my name and I said "Betsy", they always always always said "I had a cow named Betsy once". I did not enjoy being likened to a cow so I just switched to Elizabeth. Much easier that way.

Amanda- Alicia and Carrie always told me how funny you guys were in those Euchre games. Wish I could have been a fly on the wall.

My word processor died the night before the monster paper was due...I was skipping class, sitting in the English office, typing like mad and praying to any god that came to mind that I would finish it in time...for NOTHING. grrr

Bottom line is this.

1. I never admitted to cheating WITH Eric, although.."Who Knew" may have been an indicator for Spades.

2. Jason I don't know what you are talking about? What is Edward 40 Hands? Is that the game where someone tries to drink an entire 40 ounce of cheap Malt Liquor and vomits all over the dining room table? If so, then this sounds slightly familiar.

3. Once again, I do not know what these people are talking about. I am the pillar of innocence and have never done ANYTHING wrong my entire life. These are all fabrications.

4. LL wins for HOTTEST girl of our class now.

5. I vote that there shall be pre and after reunion parties.

Mandy McNamara (Simmons) I already added a pre-party on the invitation for the Galaxy Friday night Nov.28th.. Plus there is always the Wednesday before Thanksgiving too. Sounds like a lot of partying for the class of 93. Jason I'd love to come out to the Galaxy tonight, but I have that stupid thing called school tomorrow with 25 4th graders......not easy with a hangover.

A few things...

1.) Dennis' cage is not all that bad, I got him a custom made one form Crate and Barrel. Amanda said he hated the one she picked out from Ikea...Ikea, I mean really.

2.) Laura, yea the night before the monster paper was due, I was all..."um, yea, screw this paper, let's pop in the Blond Ambition Tour crack open a Snapple then there's a drag show at the Interbelt I want to see and wouldn't mind playing make out bandit with strange sexually confused boys that work at Summit Mall..." oddly enough, my priorities have not really changed.

3.) Mandy, I used to go to school hung over in 4th grade, so surely you can teach hung over!

4.) Amanda, you can finally give up you career as Quality Assurance Porn Queen because The Snag-A-Job Pavillion in Paduka Kentucky is interviewing receptionists, and let's face it, who hasn't traded a little cheap sex in a BP bathroom stall for a career change.

5.) Elizabeth, agreed about our losses. But they are in better places, for sure!

6.) Now, as I sit here slamming my 40 of Malt Liquor, wishing I hadn't missed all those fabulous parties at The Kinghts Inn when we were in HS, listening to Color Me Badd, I really am, no lie, I need to finish getting ready, my only delima is; do I wear my brown Sebao's with my Guess Stoenwash jeans, or my Vision Street Wear's with my parachute pants...what would Molly Rindwald do...

Carrie Miller Oh, Amanda..for old times sake I had to get "the cards" out to see if there's anything I could post from what was written on them & I think I'd prolly get arrested or kicked off this website for repeating anything that was on them! I was also noticing that my handwriting was on none of them! What does that tell you about who was good & who was bad in skewl!! SO HAHAHA!!
