We have been living in Grandin for the last 18 years, it's a great little town, with some pretty awesome people. I have worked at CHS Inc Cenex Harvest States for the last 12 years. Kelly has been farming with Steve Miller from Wahpeton.
Our daughter, KaLee recently got married to Dustin Moen and they live in Grand Forks, Dustin is finishing school at UND in Banking and Finance, they were high school sweethearts, and there was not dought in my mind they would get married.
Kody and Konnor are both involved in farming, I'm sure they both will be forever. Kody graduated from NDSU 2 years ago as an Agronomist and worked for CHS for 2 years, then decided to farm with Kelly.
We kept busy this summer at our lake place at Pelican Lake after the wedding in July. It was a very busy summer. We bought a share into Pelican Beach Resort, it's a very nice place and have a trailer on the resort. Dustin's parents also have a place there, thanks to them we bought a place there too.
Kelly Miller and my kids are great friends, Kelsey, Kelly and Tim's daughter was KaLee's maid on honor in her wedding and Tyler, Kelly and Tim's son was an usher. It was such a fun time, and a beautiful day. KaLee was a beautiful bride, it was quite the day to remember, everything went perfect, they were married in Fargo, and we had the reception at the Ramada Plaza Suites. It's hard to believe that I have a married kid. I think I'm still too young.
Time has went by so fast, I can't believe it will be 30 years ago that we graduated.
