Got to say that it’s been a wild, yet exciting ride, this thing called “life”. New challenges arise, old challenges conquered, people come people go, same story no matter who reads it.
Back then in 99 the “real world” seemed so scary and unfamiliar, now it’s not that bad. Though trials and tribulations we get stronger and accomplish things that we never thought that we could like collage, finding a career, love, kids. Yep got to say life is good, after culinary school in Florida, I came back to leeward than strangely found my self at Maui Culinary academy, after graduation I landed a job in a hotel here on Maui were I am now the Exec. Sous Chef. I just had a handsome baby boy in Dec 07 with my beautiful wife Annalyn. Cant complain about any thing its all “G”. Hope to see you all soon. Peace.
