One of God's greatest gifts to mankind is our ability to love. Houston and Laurie, I want to thank you for the love you've showed all of us by the work you put in, trying to allow the 1976 Class of Wake Forest Roseveill Senior High School, to experience an evening of old friends, fellowship, and the love of our fellow man.

I just received the news that the reunion has been cancelled due to the threats and intolerances of someone, understandable to ashamed of their bigotry to claim their thoughts publicly, that has fogotten one of God's few request of us, you know the one about "thou shall not judge." As much as I love you guys and what you tried to do for us, I pity this person who's world can be put in such turmoil by the way others choose to live their lives.

If I haven't learned anything else over the past 53 years, I've learned it is all I can do to live my onw live and try to find my own happiness. I'm glad to have learned through the website that you, Houston and Laurie, have found some level of comfort and happiness in your lives. The point of this post is to ask you, and any other classmates who read this, to join me in praying for this poor, unhappy, lost soul that is so offended by the way other choose to live their lives. Pray that God could replace some of the hate in their heart with love, and that someday they too may find some peace, comfort, confidence and happiness through living their own life.

Very well said.  I think the fool need  to carefully read his/her bible.  This is pure fellowship one with another.  If there is any thing that need to be said, it is to correct in what you said about praying for others.  I want to suggest to the fool that started this mess. Be carefully how you try to  destroy fellowship with others.  If you did not want to come, just stay at home and leave the rest of us alone.  I need for you to get a spiritual rebirth.  I want you to re read the bible and know your place in it.  Le us pray. How long will it be.  We probabley won't ever see each other again. How Sad VERY SAD

At first i wasnt going to comment so that the old fool that started this mess would be able to get his or her "jolly off". But after years of seeing and looking and hearing and wondering when are we as people of the great planet going to stop judging each other? Damn did we not do enough 39 years ago in Wake Forest, NC? And here we are again  this same dumb as shit telling people that they cant be who they are. Well i was going to enjoy myself but now that been cancel so for all those a--hole that want to control people life you can 1st kiss my a--hole, 2nd for my losing my insanity you can walk a mile and i hope you get hit by a car and 3rd for making me use one week of vacation time that now i dont need to you can meet me in hell because that were you will be heading very soon. Now returning the present show i hope we never forget this, the way that people can make us so mad and angry. I hope we can forgive this person for the hurt he has not only cause Houston and Laurie but the class. Just think 17 of our classmates dont even have to deal with this bullshit??? WoW, really WoW. Its time like this that people wish they were with them. As i stated  whenever wherever  count me in my classmates. Houston and Laurie let me apolize for life stupid quirks that just dont go away. And to my friend that has gone Earl miss you bro.
