Twice married, once divorced. Currently pursuing a degree for RN, after working 25 years in long term care as a LPN. I specialized with rehab, hospice and geriactrics. I did 9 years as a medical transcriptionist part time while working full time as a LPN and mother. I recently encouraged my two daughters to venture out on their own to see what life's adventures have in store for them.
In 2008, I was diagnosed and treated for Uterine cancer and can happily say "I'm still in remission"! Thanks to my strong christian faith & the love of family and friends.
I met my husband on a blilnd date 9 yrs ago. He's an excellent husband and stepdad as well as an avid star trek enthusiast. We also are the proud parents of a yorkshire terrier named Mika.
