Got married in Oct. of 1972. Had 3 kids. Have the house all to ourselves now except when the grandkids come and stay with us. Oldest son lives in Huntington,youngest son is stationed with the military in California,daughter lives in Warren. We do alot of camping,fishing,mushroom hunting & taking the grandkids on vacations with us. Rick deer hunts and when it's not super muddy out we take our atv out in the woods and run the trails or just ride in the snow which we have done alot this year. Our son stationed with the Army in CA. made a surprise visit home in June. Everyone knew but MOM!!!!! Haven't since him in almost 2 yrs. so it was a great surprise. He is being transferred to Ft.Campbell, Ky in Oct. It will be great to have him closer to home for awhile before he is deployed again. All the grandkids are back in school keeping us busy with cross crountry meets, band and cheerleading.3 are in high school...2 at HNHS,1 at BCHS and 2 are in junior high and 1 in middle school. Our son Christopher is now stationed at Ft.Campbell,Ky where he will be til he deploys to Afganistan in Feb. This will be his second deployment. He spent 14 months in Ramadi, Iraq in 2007.Got great news from our son in military. He now deploys in June for Afganistan.So we will have a few more months with him close til he leaves.
