After graduation in 1959, I continued to work for Penguin Point. I became part owner of Penguin Point #4 in North Webster, IN. I worked there for seven years.
Tom and I got married May 6, 1967. Out son, Tommy, was born November 29, 1968. I was a stay at home mom for a few years. In December 1970, I was asked to help out for two weeks at Penguin Point #2 on East Center Street. That turned into many years working there.
Tommy and Sheri got married and gave us two beautiful granddaughters, Shilo and Shana and a handsome grandson, Thomas Allen Conley. We keep all the Toms straight be calling them Tom, Tommy, and Thomas.
I love doing genealogy and I have researched Tom's family tree as well as my own. There is so much family history out there.
We have had a very busy life. We enjoy being with family, being on the lake, antiques, and traveling. We have traveled by car, bus, cross country by train, and plane. The last three cruises I've taken were with the Warsaw Cruise Group. They were to the Caribbean, Alaska, and Hawaii.
