
John A. Musel, 57, of Sioux City died Saturday, April 27, 2002, at a Sioux City hospital following a lengthy illness.
Services will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ring of Glad Tidings Church officiating. The body will be cremated following the service Wednesday. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Musel was born Jan. 2, 1945, in Waseca, Minn., the son of Clinton and Viola (Wilken) Musel. He moved to Sioux City in 1978.
He married Sue Ewing on Feb. 15, 2001, in Sioux City. He worked as a professional photographer and salesman.
He received his certification of Ordination of Ministery in July 1995.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Musel of Sioux City; his parents, Clinton and Viola Musel of Waseca, Minn.; six daughters, Viola May Musel of Fort Collins, Colo., Bonnie Eustice of Osage, Iowa, Carol Musel, Kay Musel, Jenny Musel and Jo Musel, all of Minnesota; two brothers, Brian and Jody Musel, both of Waseca; two sisters, Carol Garretti of Illinois, and Candi Jo Marie of Waseca; a granddaughter, Courtney Jean Ewing of South Sioux City; and special friends, Clem of Minnesota and Tom of Sioux City.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Alvina Wilken and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Musel.

John A Musel was born January 2, 1945. His parents were Clinton Warren Musel and Viola Mae Wilken. John was married to Susan J. Connors on April 25, 1964. (They later divorced.) He passed away on April 27, 2002. His last known residence was Sioux City, Iowa.
