Rose Marie Rudebeck 1944 - 2008

Rose Marie Rudebeck Thompson died Sunday, March 16, 2008 at Methodist Hospital in Rochester.

Born in Mapleton, Minnesota on June 30, 1944 she was the daughter of Elmer and Mary (Shanahan) Rudebeck. She graduated from Waseca High School in 1963 and married Richard Thompson July 3, 1965 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waseca. She was employed at E. F. Johnson Co. in Waseca for twenty-nine years and was later self-employed. Rose enjoyed country living and spending time with her dog. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waseca, Catholic Daughters, St. Agnes Circle and Red Hatters. 

She is survived by three sisters, Mary Rudebeck and Frances Rudebeck both of Waseca and Rita Rudebeck of Minneapolis; sister-in-law, Rozanne Rudebeck of Coon Rapids; two nieces, Cindy and Sandy Rudebeck and one great niece Makayla Rose Rudebeck. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Norbert and John.
