Theresa Anne Crnich

July 10, 1945 - March 25, 2011

        Theresa attended school with us in Kindergarten.
        Theresa Anne Crnich of Bend, Oregon, passed away at her
home with family by her side on Friday, March 25, 2011, after
a short, hard fought battle with cancer. She was 65.
          Theresa was born on July 10, 1945, in Watlington,
Oxfordshire, England to Charles and Joyce Grundman. She
traveled with her mother to the United States aboard the
Queen Mary in 1946. They lived in Waseca, Minnesota for
eight years before moving to Eureka, California.
          She attended Humboldt State University in Arcata, California
where she received an Associate degree in Business
management. She married her husband, Richard on August 1,
1965. She moved to Albany, Oregon, in 1969 and settled in
Bend, Oregon in 1972.
         Theresa worked for many years as an office manager for Hessel Tractor, Red Cloud Specialty Contractors and Jack Robinson and Sons until she retired in 2009.
         Theresa loved gardening, sewing, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends and their many activities. She was known for her generosity, kindness, compassion, and an amazing ability to put the needs of others before her own. She will be greatly missed.
          Theresa is survived by her devoted husband, Richard; son, Mark Crnich and wife, Lisa; son, Brian Crnich and wife, Heather; son, Nikolai Crnich and wife, April; grandchildren, Brittany, Ashley, Mason, Jessie and Nikolai, Jr.; her father, Charles  Grundman, brother, Mike Grundman and wife, Linda, brother Peter Grundman and wife, Vickie, sister, Pam Marvel and husband, Joe.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Grundman and a brother, Paul Grundman.
