June M. Schafer, age 77 of Janesville, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Mankato.

Private family services will be held. Woodland Hills Funeral Home of Mankato is assisting the family with arrangements.

She is survived by her son, Jeff Schafer of Madison Lake; sisters, Debra, Gloria, and Sandy; by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James; son, Jason.

June attended school with us through ninth grade.
