Develop By-Laws and the responsibilities of each officer (each meeting)

 

What is the official address of the Alabama Club.

 

Develop an Annual Operating Budget.

 

Should there be and what is the term limit of each elected officer of the Club.

 

Adapt resolutions for the long term financial integrity (banking) of the Club

 

We should employ online banking to preserve financial integrity.

 

Should we charge a membership fee to help finance our operations.

 

What development ideas can we put on the agenda right now that does not require funding that will help us raise funds and  develop our membership and recruiting efforts.
