Hello ,To all the Class of 1970. Years and distance has grown between a lot of us; and some of us have made a great transition to the next level. Well I'm here to say that before I make that journey I am looking forward to seeing each and everyone of my classmates over the upcoming months and leading up to November 6th, 2010 and if God willing reunite with all of you and rekindle our friendships. Lets begin a new journey into the coming years and like our youthful looks lets revisit the fountain of Friendship.......Love to all my Calvin Coolidge Class of 1970.....COLTS........Harvey Mangum

Hello fellow classmates of the Class of 1970.  I just "discovered" this website so thought I'd drop a quick note to let all know that, at least as of May 2010, Victoria Harriston is still alive and well.  I've been in touch with Pamela Martin Butts (yes, she and Quinton are still hanging in there together). I hope to semi-retire in 2 years if my health holds up until then.  My pursuits these days are spiritual. Lost my Dad in March 2006, my Mom in 1986 though both losses seem like it was just yesterday.  Shout out to everyone who remembers the majorette flag-twirler!! I'm saddened to learn that so many of our classmates  have fallen asleep in death.  Life is precious and short, live every moment as if it were your last, put God first in your life, then all other things will be given to you.  Signing out for now, Victoria (Vicki) Harriston

Hello my fellow classmates.  40 years is a looooooong time.  Looking forward to our big event and to seeing all of you.  Wish we could get more participation.  I'm working for the Federal Government (40 years; right out of high school) and looking forward to retiring at the end of 2011.  Life has been good and all is well.

I have been bragging about our reunion allll week. It was well organized, well attended and fun. Thanks for making this event a time to remember. It was wonderful to see faces I had not seen in years.  I wish all the best.  Thank you.

Congrats to all the members of the Reuinion Committee for planning an A+ event for our 40th Reunion!  From the year book photos to the CD of songs from the 70's, it was a top drawer event!  It was so good to see and re-connect with everyone!

Special kudos to Herb Boyd and the committee (Toni, Mona, Pat, Harvey, Sonjia et al) for doing the work to make this affair happen.  Even the fire emergency did not distract us from having a good time!

Sonjia: you had the perfect location!

Looking forward to the 45th or 50th--I will be there--Reunion!

I'm excited to know that   many enjoyed the reunion.  Forty years have passed and we're still having fun and just so happy to see each other!  The work was well worth it.

Let's continue to remember to stay close and reach out to our classmates in need, in trouble and in pain.

Can you believe 45 years! I agree that we should have more frequent get togethers. The picnic would be nice, although I have some commitments in early September. I remember that we tried Martini's Club several years ago and that was a good turn out.

So, what needs to happen to get this party started??? The process is just as easy as it was when we were younger. Let's meet at _____ house/place, can you bring something to drink, hey can you bring some chips? And of course we know ____ will bring some music and ask _____ to make some sandwiches. Let's meet at ____ o'clock you game? And don't forget to tell........and there you go! We made it happen and just like that we can do it again!!!!

Herbert,

How can I post new photos of the 2017 Coolidge breakfast to this website? I need a new folder called "2017 Coolidge Breakfast".  Can you create it and allow me the ability to upload photos into it?

THanks

Wayne
