Grauduated from ECU in 1984 with a degree in physical education and began my teaching career that same year at Eastern Elementary in Washington. Met my husband, DeWayne , while at ECU, who is also a P.E. teacher and coach. We married in 1985 and just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary! We have three great children who we have enjoyed over the years watching them participate in cheerleading, gymnastics, football, baseball, and many other school activities. Our daughter Carmen graduated from ECU in 2009 and is a fitness specialist in Raleigh. Our son Coby attended NCSU and is in the working world, too, and our youngest son Cole is preparing for a WHS school trip to Italy and Greece this summer, where I will be tagging along as a chaperone.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!!
