Louie and I were classmates at Anderson Elementary School in the East End. I remember him , generous in nature and always considerate of others, easy going, not a malicious bone in his body. I could always count on a friendly smile from Louis Mastrandrea. May he rest in peace. I am happy to post an early year's remembrance of him.
