Cornelius "Neil" passed away on March 16, 2016 at the age of 77 in Springfield, MA.   He served in the Navy during the Vietnam era.  

He was employed by the Model Cities of Waterbury for a number of years before becoming employed by the Waterbury Fire Department, where he worked until his retirement in 1991.
