Walt passed away on May 14, 2015 at the age of 65 in Waterbury, CT   Walt was well known in the City of Waterbury as the proprietor of Brass City Records, a ledgendary music store in Waterbury which was a haven for passionate music enthusiasts from all corners of the world.   Walt provided countless bands with a place to showcase their new and original music.     He was also the owner of Brass City Toolworks showcasing vintage tools.
