Elise passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 80 in Waterbury, CT. She earned her bachelors and masters degree in nursing from Western CT State U. She received her Long Care Management and her nursing home administrative licence from UConn. She was employed at Waterbury Hospital for thirty two years
