Deborah passed away on June 6, 2018 in East Hartford, CT.  She spent 30 years in the IT sector as a computer consultant and was the owner of Horizons Counseling where she worked as a behovioral psychotherapist.  She was a member of the Astrological Society of CT, served as a board member of the Center of Progressive Therapies and was also a proud foster parent for the CT. Humane Society.
