Nicholas passed away on October 14 at the age of 70 in Wolcott, CT.   He was awared the Purple Heart for injuries received during his services in the Vietnam War.  He worked as a letter carrier for the US Post Office in the Oakville area.  He was a member of the Oakville VFW and the Cerceaggiore Club.
