Mary Ellen passed away on April 25, 2016 at the age of 74 in Bedford, N.H.   Mary Ellen was very active in politics and public service.  She served on the Republican Town Committee and was elected to the Board of Education and most proudly as Waterbury Town Clerk.   Collegues from both parties remember her for her decication and fairness in always doing what was best for the City of Waterbury.  Prior to her political career, she worked at the Bristol Company and Carmody and Torrance Law Firm.
